I think everything said was actually very reasonable. However, consider this, what if you composed a catchier post title? I ain't suggesting your content is not good, however suppose you added a post title that grabbed people's attention? I mean %BLOG_TITLE% is kinda boring. You could peek at Yahoo's home page and note how they create post titles to grab people to open the links. You might add a video or a picture or two to get people excited about what you've got to say. In my opinion, it might bring your posts a little livelier.
