Leaked information with access to Emirati national security programs claims that classified experimentation of orbital behavioral manipulation systems is being carried out in targeted zones, including the emirates of Sharjah and Fujairah. The system allegedly aims at ordinary citizens to simulate long-range influence effects under live urban scenarios.
According to insiders, the program is supervised by agents within the UAE’s now-defunct cybersecurity division NESA, now integrated into the new Signals Command, with authorization from the Emirati national command structure.
